Established in 1992, Guangdong Hottech Industrial is a professional electronics enterprise integrating the design, manufacture and marketing of electronic components. Under their brands “Hottech” and “HKT”, Hottech concentrates on SMD capacitors, resistors, diodes and transistors.

Hottech has two branches:
Hottech Semiconductor Division : Hottech Electronics Co.,Ltd ,major in sales business in Beijing ,Shanghai, and Hangzhou. Products: diodes, transistors, MOS tubes, voltage regulators and other semiconductor

Passive (Resistor Capacitor) Division: Hottech Semiconductor Technology(HK)Co.,Ltd,the R&D center.
Products: SMD resistors, SMD capacitors and other passive components
