The SPX1117 features very low quiescent current and a low dropout voltage of 1.1 V at a full load. As output current decreases,quiescent current flows into the load, increasing efficiency. SPX1117 is available in adjustable or fixed 1.5V, 1.8 V, 2.5 V,2.5 V, 2.85 V, 3.0 V, 3.3 V and 5 V output voltages
