PHILLIPS 74HC20T 74HC20- Dual 4-input NAND gate
The 74HC/HCT20 are high-speed Si-gate CMOS devices and are pin compatible with low power Schottky TTL (LSTTL). They are specified in compliance with JEDEC standard no. 7A. The 74HC/HCT20 provide the 4-input NAND function.
The 74HC20; 74HCT20 is a dual 4-input NAND gate. Inputs include clamp diodes. This enables the use of current limiting resistors to interface inputs to voltages in excess of V CC .
