CYG Wayon / Super Junction MOSFET
The Wayon WMOSTM C2 represents a cutting-edge silicon-based technology for high voltage power MOSFETs. Utilizing an advanced super junction principle, this technology significantly reduces RDS(on) per area compared to conventional VDMOS, leading to a remarkable improvement of up to 38% in figure of merit (FOM) (RDS(on)*Qg) compared to the previous WMOSTM C1 technology. This enhancement translates to more efficient and compact switching applications. Additionally, WMOSTM C2 offers a wide voltage range of MOSFETs and is cost-effective when compared to VDMOS technology.
