BYD Microelectronics is located in Shenzhen, China, and has a turnkey service foundry in Ningbo, China, with sales and distribution offices in Asia, Europe and North America. Since 2005, BYD has established the R&D center for current sensors. At present, their products include 24 series, and their input measuring range can be from 3A to 2000A. BYD has developed special current sensors for electric welding machine, inverter, power supply and electric vehicles respectively.
