Specifically designed to operate at 150° C, the new 20 A T2035H Triacs provide an enhanced performance in terms of power loss and thermal dissipation. This facilitates the optimization of heatsink dimensioning, l eading to improved space and cost effectiveness when compared to electro- mechanical solutions.

A range of TRIACs (Triodes for Alternating Current is also known as Bidirectional Thyristors). They are used in AC switching and control applications with current ratings from under 1A to 40A rms. A TRIAC makes a convenient switch for alternating current circuit.
